Episode 2: Hydroponics, the First Drop
When he returned home, Yuto gently placed the seed on his desk. Ever since he left the front door, he had been feeling a fuzzy, restless excitement in his chest.
"First... I wonder if I should give it some water."
Yuto fetched a small dish and some paper towels from the kitchen. He folded the paper, moistened it with water, and let the excess drops squeeze out from his fingertips.
Once everything was ready, he gently set the seed down on top of it.
"I can keep an eye on you for a while here."
As he spoke to the seed, it seemed as though its light grew just a bit brighter for a split second.
"...Wait, do you actually understand me?"
He meant it as a joke. But the seed gently wavered its inner light, almost as if it were happy.
Yuto couldn't help but laugh.
"Alright, then from today on, this is your place."
The seed kept glowing quietly, exuding a gentle presence. Yuto sat in front of his desk, gazing at the light for a while.
—And so, a new daily routine with the mysterious seed began.
When starting something new, you don't need extensive preparation or specialized knowledge. An action as small as a single drop can lead to a future transformation.
Wealth building is exactly the same; the most important thing is to simply "get started."
